Facebook are finally waking up to all of the disillusioned business users who have been rinsed for every cent of advertising budget they could afford.
Small, free improvements are on the way, the first of which is the Call-to-action button.
How do they work? There are seven call-to-action options; when users click one, it leads to an outside destination “that aligns with a business’s goals,” Facebook explained on its news blog. The new call-to-action buttons include the following:
The feature is “designed to bring a business’s most important objective to the forefront of its Facebook presence,” Facebook wrote.
How you use it is dependent on your online goals, but it is a sure fire way of getting more Facebook traffic to your own website or app.
